We also accept Laybuy and Afterpay (Shop now, pay later option)

Please choose carefully, as Creative Play Resources is under no obligation to provide refunds where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect choice. We recommend you carefully select the items before proceeding with placing your order.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 48 hours. You may return goods delievered to you by mail or courier. The return will incur a freight fee which must be paid by the customer.

It's important you retain your proof of purchase such as receipt/invoice to obtain a refund. Once you have made contact with us, we will assess the product. Please ensure when returning products to package them so they are protected against damage in transit. Please return goods in the original packaging within fourteen (14 Days). Once approved by our team, refunds will be made via the method of payment used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days from when the goods have been returned to Creative Play Resources.

We work closely with educators who are trained in Primary and Early Childhood Education who provide reasoning, educational knowledge, experience and benefits of each product. They are carefully selected and ensure they foster children's learning and development. 

By subscribing to our mailing list you will receive exclusive offers and promotions, creative play ideas and benefits of playful experiences. You will also be the first to know about any new products.

If you would like to make a purchase order for your preschool, child care centre or school, please enquire via email sales@creativeplayresources.com.au and let us know the products you are interested in purchasing. We may be able to provide a discount on large orders.

We will then send out a tax invoice payment to your educational setting. Once payment has been received, we will ship the order to you. 

This may be because we are running low in stock for that certain product. If you require a larger amount please contact us regarding the product and we will notify you when more stock becomes available.
