Shipping & Returns

There is a flat rate fee of $8.95 for orders shipped in Australia. We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Creative Play Resources ship from Sydney, NSW.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. At times, your order may be split due to stock availability, however, we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and sent together. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated in two shipments. However, please don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions about your order.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post. Bulky items are shipped with the most efficient courier service available. 

In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated.

Wrong Addresses/ Non Collected OrdersPlease ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee if you would like the order sent out again.

Damaged Goods in TransitAt Creative Play Resources, we endeavour to ensure all products are checked thoroughly before dispatching. Each item is carefully wrapped and posted. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order name, order number and photographs with a description of the damage. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and provide you with a refund or replacement of the goods.

If you would like to return a product please contact us via emailsales@creativeplayresources.com.au. We offer a 30-day return policy from when your parcel is delivered.

Please return goods in the original packaging. Once approved by our team, we will refund your order (minus shipping). Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from when the goods have been received by Creative Play Resources.
