Australian Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99.
For orders under $99, the following rates apply:
Standard Shipping: $8.95
Express Shipping: $15.95

All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery & Couriers

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Bulky items may be shipped using the most efficient courier service available.

International Shipping

International shipping is available by custom quote.

Pre-Orders & In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. We’re unable to split shipments or send in-stock items separately.

If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for in-stock products and one for pre-order items.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
Creative Play Resources is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please: Check around your property and with neighbours. Or contact your local post office. If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@creativeplayresources.com.au and we’ll assist with lodging an enquiry with the courier.

If you would like to return a product please contact us via email sales@creativeplayresources.com.au. We offer a 30-day return policy from when your parcel is delivered.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the return has been approved and the goods have been received by Creative Play Resources, a refund (minus shipping) will be processed within 2 business days.
