Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 Australia-wide. There is a standard flat rate fee of $8.95 or $15.95 for express orders shipped in Australia. All orders are packed and shipped from Australia

Orders placed before 1pm are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on Weekends/Public Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post. Bulky items are shipped with the most efficient courier service available. 

In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated. 

International Shipping: Please email us at sales@creativeplayresources.com.au for a custom quote.

Pre-Order and In-Stock Items: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that all products will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
We’re unable to split shipments or send in-stock items separately.
If you’d like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for in-stock products and one for pre-order items.

Sydney, Canberra: 1 - 3 business days
Melbourne, Brisbane: 2 - 5 business days
Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania & Northern Territory: 5 - 8 business days

All other Regional states:

NSW: 2 - 5 business days
VIC, QLD, SA, NT, WA, TAS: 5 - 12 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that these delivery times are approximate only and are provided as a guide.

Wrong Address / Non-Collected Orders:

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee if you would like the order sent out again.

Damaged Goods in Transit:

At Creative Play Resources, we endeavour to ensure all products are checked thoroughly before dispatching. Each item is carefully wrapped and posted. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order name, order number and photographs with a description of the damage. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and provide you with a refund or replacement of the goods.

If you would like to return a product please contact us via email sales@creativeplayresources.com.au. We offer a 30-day return policy from when your parcel is delivered.

Please return unused goods in the original packaging. Once approved by our team, we will refund your order (minus shipping). Refunds will be processed within 2 - 5 business days from when the goods have been received by Creative Play Resources.
