Shipping & Returns

There is a flat rate of $8.95 for any order shipped anywhere in Australia. Creative Play Resources are currently only delivering in Australia at the moment. If you purchase bulky items you will incur a shipping fee of $24.95. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a receipt number and tracking details. At times, your order may be split due to stock availability, however we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and sent together. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated in two shipments.

Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel. Bulky items are shipped with the most efficient courier service available. 

In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated. 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Sydney, Canberra: 1 - 3 business days
  • Melbourne, Gold Coast/Brisbane: 3 - 5 business days
  • Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania & Northern Territory: 10 - 14 business days

All other Regional states:

  • NSW: 3 - 5 business days
  • VIC, QLD, SA, NT, WA, TAS: 12 - 14 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Please note that these delivery times are approximate only and are provided as a guide. At Creative Play Resources, we make every effort to get your order across to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your package will definitely arrive within this time frame. Creative Play Resources will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by Australia Post or other courier service. 

Wrong Addresses/ Non Collected Orders

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $8.95 or $24.95 for bulky items if you want the order sent again.

If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. 

Damaged Goods in Transit

At Creative Play Resources, we endeavour to ensure all products are checked thoroughly before dispatching. Each item is carefully wrapped and posted in either a satchel bag or cardboard box. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us with your order name, order number and photographs with a description of the damage. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please contact us within 48 hours so that we can assess the situation and provide you with a refund or replacement of the goods.


If you would like to return a product please contact us via email within 48 hours. You may return goods we have delivered to you by mail or courier once you have received a reply email from our team. There is a 14 day return policy from when you receive your item. The return will incur a freight fee that must be paid by the customer.

It's important you retain your invoice/receipt in order to obtain a refund or exchange. Once you have contacted Creative Play Resources with proof of purchase, we will need to assess the product and determine the best outcome, whether it be a refund, replacement, credit note or exchange. 

Please ensure when returning products to package them so they are protected against damage in transit. Please return goods in the original packaging within fourteen (14 Days). Once approved by our team, refunds will be made via the method of payment used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days from when the goods have been returned to Creative Play Resources.
